Building a Smarter Future, One House at a Time

Great missions deserve great infrastructure. After eight months of collaboration, OHAAT has emerged from a transformative Technology, Data, & AI Strategy Engagement Project equipped with a clear vision and a concrete roadmap.

In October 2025, Compass Pro Bono (an organization connecting nonprofits with high-quality, pro bono business strategy consulting) matched OHAAT with a dedicated team of consultants. Their mission: examine OHAAT's current technology systems from the ground up, identify meaningful opportunities for improvement, and develop scalable, secure solutions to support the organization's continued growth.

For OHAAT, being selected as a recipient of this engagement was both an honor and an opportunity. The Beds for Kids program is committed to expanding our impact in the Greater Philadelphia area, and the Compass team brought the expertise needed to ensure that OHAAT's technology infrastructure could grow alongside our ambitions.

Last week, the project reached its conclusion. OHAAT received a comprehensive strategy for our technology future, and now we’re better positioned to deepen our impact, expand our reach, and serve the communities that depend on the Beds for Kids program.
