One House at a Time (OHAAT) is a small nonprofit located in Huntingdon Valley, PA. Our current focus is ending child bedlessness in Greater Philadelphia. Through a program called Beds for Kids, we provide children and youth with beds,bedding, and tools that encourage healthy bedtime habits, so they can get the quality sleep they need to thrive. OHAAT is looking to hire a full-time Family Referral Coordinator. He or she will be the primary contact for OHAAT’s 300+ referral partners (the social service agencies that refer families to our Beds for Kids program) and manage every aspect of the partnerships, from recruiting and training to invoicing and scheduling.
Location: 474 Pike Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 Hours: Monday through Friday 8.30 AM – 4.30 PM (with some ability to work from home after initial training period) Pay: $50,000 - $52,000 + $40 per month phone / internet reimbursement
Responsibilities:
Schedule deliveries with referral partners and their clients
Review all incoming referrals to ensure that they meet our eligibility requirements
Confirm accuracy of referral information with clients and schedule their deliveries
Coordinate delivery days / times with OHAAT’s Operations Coordinator
Maintain records using OHAAT’s Salesforce platform
Answer incoming calls and emails or reroute to other staff as needed
Build and manage relationships with referral partners and their clients
Perform outreach to recruit new referral partners
Conduct training workshops for referral partner representatives
Create invoices for referral partners participating in OHAAT’s Reimbursement Program
Work with the Executive Director to set strategies
Perform general administrative duties

Can effectively and efficiently communicate by phone, email, and in person
Has excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and internet browsing; experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred but not required

Is an excellent team player
Can manage multiple timelines at once and plan for contingencies
Can keep accurate records
