Each year Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC) and the Caring Families of CCTC, (CCTC’s family advisory group) host this exciting event.

This year the festival will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 1-3 p.m. and it being held at the Max Myers Recreation Center- 1601 Hellerman St. Philadelphia PA 19149. The event is rain or shine!
